What we give something to the other is already a big point, specially gifts for the guests. For our wedding we are designing and making a special limited edition for our guests, something that is core to who we are. Because we work in design and with materials ourselves that is not hard.. but to pack it, how to give it? Are we using the gifts already on the table and the guests take their own tableware home, handy that covers our washing up hah, but it needs a serious thought..
One way, it’s japanese but also fits in our traditions of constant travel if to wrap it up. Japan stays inspiring with this of course. Something to learn from these old wrappers!
